House shifting is a real physically painful experience. Anyone who has ever had to shift houses will agree to this.
It is also a joyful experience when you are shifting to your own home...one that belongs to you and from where you'll never have to move unless it's for vaccation :-) You will not have to worry about the walls( no. of nails drilled or sketches by your kids) neither you will have to ask for permission for little whatnots.
You are free to paint your walls in colors (or sketches) of your choice. Do whatever and never pay a cent to anyone.
