"Eating is a habbit" that was said by my friend today. I will add "addictive" too.
Recently, I have discovered that once you start eating you start craving all the different tastes which were craved by your palate but you dared not eat it for so very many reasons like diet, hygiene, affordability etc. And as i commented that these days i feel like eating everything which i see or even think about , my friend commented in her "univocal" manner that you actually are developing a "habbit" of eating. That thought actually struck me because unconciously i was really doing that.
Also, I must think that there are a number of people who actually are "addicted" to eating just like any other addiction. Just because it's not a very obvious people don't recognize the effects as easily.
I am not fat or a huge eater!!!Quite the contrary... But i like to watch what i eat. For the simple reason that i wouldn't like to be hindered by ill-health. Seeking a perfect health is definitely a chase.....seldom acheived. But what's wrong in trying. Having a goal atleast motivates you to try!!!
Now equipped with this knowledge let me see how successful i get with my "try".
P.S. I have not been blogging around for some time...No particular reasons other than say "experiencing life" for "blog material" :-)
